Job Description:

Mollen Immunization Clinics is seeking full time and part time Registered Nurses RN, Nurse Practitioners NP or Licensed Practical/Vocational Nurses LPN/LVN for seasonal immunization and health screening clinics throughout the area. Our clinics run 7 days a week from September through November or early December. We have morning, mid-day, afternoon and all day clinic shifts available. We will be operating some retail clinic locations across the country every day of the week. Retirees and New Graduates are welcome!

Base Pay:

$22/hr RN

$20/hr LPN/LVN

Job Requirements

Experience performing finger sticks is a plus

Basic knowledge of common health screening equipment is a plus





Physical Environment


Stooping, bending, twisting, and reaching may be required in completion of job duties

Assisting with completion of patient consent forms required

Setting up a table / small stand and signage kit is required

This position is for a licensed Physical Therapist. The incumbent will treat patients with a wide variety of referral diagnoses primarily in the outpatient setting with occasional weekend coverage in the acute care setting. The incumbent will be responsible for scheduling patients for comprehensive evaluation and treatment, developing treatment plans and progressing/modifying treatment plans as needed. The incumbent utilizes the full range of physical therapy modalities in which he/she has received training both in academic and continuing education. In the evaluation and treatment of the patient, the therapist will consider such factors as physical and mental conditions, energy output, integument condition and psychological stimulus to treatment. Incumbent will have the opportunity to participate in multidisciplinary teams such as the Traumatic Brain Injury/Polytrauma team as well.

This position will provide direct patient care for assigned patient(s).  Perform all technical aspects of dialysis procedures for assigned patients as prescribed.  Administer and monitor treatments in accordance with current treatment plan or as directed by the supervisor.  Monitor and document dialysis treatment parameters on dialysis flow sheets.  Document other information related to the care of the patient in the individual patient record.  Responsible for reporting any significant information, change in patient condition, or equipment problems to the supervisor.  Assist in developing and following the teaching plan to educate the patient and family regarding end stage renal disease, dialysis therapy, diet, and medications.  Assist with all emergency operational procedures.  Administer intravenous medication in accordance with Physician orders and state nurse practice laws.  Perform and document pre, interim and post treatment review of patient condition.  Initiate basic CPR measures in the event of cardiac and/or pulmonary arrest and respond to emergency situations related to dialysis treatment.
