Immediate opening for an experienced CNC Machine Operator/Programmer for manufacturing company that produces parts for oil field exploration.  Ideal candidate would have experience in production type machining, programming in G-code.  24 hour facility - must be able to work overtime when needed.  Hours may change depending on production demand.

$0* Reviews, as needed, the standard operation procedures, preventive/predictive maintenance plans and the subsequent revisions, submitted by subordinate managers, superintendents, and supervisors.  Monitors plant maintenance activities by reviewing daily operations morning reports and daily direct report contact with maintenance manager/and or maintenance superintendents at each site.  $0
$0* Reviews, as needed, SAP purchasing requisitions for spare parts, tools/materials for maintenance projects and services, office supplies and furniture/equipment, etc. originated from the Maintenance Department. Reviews quotations from vendor, if requested, by VP, Manufacturing.  Reviews and directs actions to improve/reduce maintenance expense costs, weekly. $0
$0* Supervises preparation of yearly expense budget as needed for Area Maintenance Department.  Reviews and controls budget monthly by using Lake Charles Management Report (KPI's).  Discusses with subordinates, and Accounting Supervisor to locate any deviations and works out required actions.$0
