POSITION PURPOSE/FUNCTION:
Responsible for preparing monthly schedules, reconciling bank statements, assist accountants in the monthly financial statement preparation, and coding of recurring technology-related invoices


 
RESPONSIBILITIES:
Primary Functions:
·         Reconciling bank accounts monthly
·         Reconcile and prepare schedules for certain accounts and/or departments in conjunction with the monthly  close      
·         Prepare recurring schedules and imports
·         Prepare and reconcile corporate practice accounting
·         Prepare audit reports as requested by auditors and management
·         Reconcile petty cash
·         Prepare debt maturity and lease payable schedules
·         Special projects as assigned by management
·         Code Accounts Payable invoices
·          Verify proper approval is obtained
·          Verify all policy and procedure guidelines are maintained
·          Verify invoice balance is correct
·           Close Accounts Payable on the 3rd business day of the month.
·           Send W-9s to vendors that require 1099 filing
·           Prepare Accounts Payable schedules monthly
 
 
Secondary Functions:
·         Prepare audit reports as requested by auditors and management
·         Reconcile petty cash
·         Prepare lease payable schedules
·         Special projects as assigned by management

This Key Account Manager for Hydratight will cover a territory in the Gonzalez, LA area contacting and maintaining our existing accounts.  A major focus will be on developing new business in the field service bolting and machining market.  The successful candidate must have extensive experience in the Oil & Gas, Petrochemical/Refining market working with a manpower service provider.  Experience with the Power industry is a plus.  The candidate must have strong relationship building skills, ability to do hands on demonstrations, excellent computer and presentation skills and ability to work with all customer levels.  The candidate will be responsible for meeting forecast goals and specific territory objectives.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities:

Establish contact with existing clients to maintain and build future relationships within the territory assigned.  Candidate must have strong territorial management skills, along with establishing new clients through cold calling, research and networking within the assigned territory.
Candidate will be versatile to be a “hands-on" salesperson when needed, and be able to conduct presentations to upper level personnel when required.
Must be technically competent to understand applications as well as problem solver for customer’s issues.  The candidate must posses the skills to access the customers needs and solution sell.  Must have the ability to probe, question, and gather specific information about the customer, his needs and track the information for short and long term projects.
Candidate must be an experienced, self-starter that understands territory management, time management and has strong customer service skills and is self-motivated. 
Candidate will be expected to travel within the assigned territory.  Travel will be via car or air, depending on time, budget and customer constraints.  It is estimated that overnight travel will encompass approximately 35% of their time. 
Liaise with internal sales support and operations staff on equipment requirements, quotations, orders, or follow up to insure customer’s needs are met.
Work closely with management to insure company goals and objectives are being met within the territory.  In addition, relay competitive information and new market or product requirements to grow the Hydratight Sweeney line and maintain reputation as a leader in our field.
